With concentration our mind becomes bright and clear like a cloudless sky, and we naturally experience a deep inner strength and mental stability. With this, the pain and turbulence of craving naturally declines and it is easy to remain content. It is said that pure concentration gives us the freedom to accomplish whatever we wish for, whereas, without it, we’re slaves to our distractions and negative tendencies.
Instead of striving for external pleasures, sincere spiritual practitioners yearn for the freedom and suppleness that come from a concentrated mind.
On this day course, you’ll learn step-by-step meditation instructions on how to focus and strengthen the mind. By practising these instructions, we enjoy increasingly peaceful and refined levels of consciousness and inner strength.
