What do you think of when you hear the word minimalism? For some it’s a large, light room with plain walls, perfectly balanced by a single ficus plant strategically placed on a clean vinyl floor. However, is decluttering our home enough to declutter our mind?

According to Buddhism, our mind is like a vast clear sky, but overcast by our worries, distractions and negativites. Only meditation gives us the power to dissolve away these inner clouds, allowing us to abide in the endless happiness of a pure and simple mind.
