Far from being selfish, selfcare is essential if we are to lead a productive and meaningful life, but what exactly is self-care? A quick internet search tells us we must look after our own physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

However, we are so often caught up in confusing, conflicting desires that we easily undo all our good work. We may set out to the gym but stop at the bakery on the way! We might put aside some quiet time, but feel guilty for not cleaning behind the fridge!

The key to successful selfcare is our reason for doing it. Have you stopped to consider that the people in your life need you to look after yourself? Or understood that giving yourself some alone time will enable you to become calmer and stronger for those you love?

In this course, learn to avoid all the selfcare pitfalls, and develop the wisdom and love you need to be the healthiest, happiest version of yourself.
