Once upon a time, not very long ago, we brushed past each other without a glance. Neighbours rarely spoke; we did the dump and run at school; we barely noticed the hard workers stacking supermarket shelves.
Now, we enjoy each other. Maybe it’s because we’re desperate for some human connection off-screen – but we give away toilet paper, thank essential workers, maybe even look forward to getting the car serviced.
Buddha taught that love is the great protector. We’ll explore why in this course, but principally, what we can all understand: it feels good to be kind to others, and to wish them well.
In this series of evening meditation classes, streamed live and available to replay, learn how to enjoy a happy life by cherishing others.
