Contrary to what many believe, happiness isn’t a rare, innate quality that only some possess. Everyone has the potential to be truly happy, including you.

Each week in this five-week course, you’ll be guided to uplifting states of mind, mental stillness and resilience. You’ll learn to become a happy person regardless of life’s difficulties, and an inspiring force for the people around you.

The course is designed sequentially, but you can join at any time. In-person and online.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Dornying is the Resident Teacher of both Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia, Kadampa Meditation Centre Melbourne, Darwin and Alice Springs. He has been teaching Kadam Dharma in Australia for over 16 years. He is an inspiring and light-hearted teacher of modern Buddhism who makes Buddha’s teachings clear, accessible and applicable to modern life.
