Week 4 – Dealing with Sadness & Depression | Wed 23 June

According to Beyond Blue 1 in 16 Australians are suffering from depression, and 1 in 8 have anxiety.

Buddha explained all the techniques for dissolving feelings of sadness, despondency and hopelessness. Initially temporarily, but with practice and perseverance they can be eradicated permanently.

In this time of great uncertainty, it’s more important than ever to add a spiritual dimension to your life. By studying and practising Buddha’s teachings, steadily and patiently, we can free ourselves from all manner of painful emotions.

The Teacher

The teacher of this course is Daisy McClelland, our down-to-earth and approachable Education Program Manager. Daisy’s teachings are straightforward, easy to relate to, and inspire people of all ages and all walks of life to seek happiness within.
