In essence stress is the inner resistance we feel when what is happening in life is going against what we would like to be happening. This conflicted state of mind causes painful emotions and even physical illness.

In this series of meditation classes, learn ways of thinking that transform your response to difficult situations. Instead of being controlled by your mind, learn meditations that dissolve inner tension and conflict.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Dornying is the Resident Teacher of both Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia, Kadampa Meditation Centre Melbourne, Darwin and Alice Springs.
