The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness Workshop | Sat 29 Aug – 10:30am VIC/10:00am NT

Help yourself, your family, your friends and our world by practicing loving-kindness.

Join us as Gen Dornying streams this workshop live from KMC Australia to Victoria and Northern Territory.

What does the world need now? Universal health care, a vaccine or treatment, more PPE.

    How about more kindness?

Many of these things are out of our control, but we can each control how much kindness we put into the world.

You can help by joining our one-day retreat on the powerful Buddhist practice known as loving-kindness. This collective action will help you, your family, our community, Australia, and the world.

By joining this retreat, you’ll also hear the essential teachings from the first week of the NKT-IKBU international summer festival – one of the most important annual events in our tradition.

For new and experienced students, this is a special day not to be missed!

Gen Kelsang Dornying is the Resident Teacher of both Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia, Kadampa Meditation Centre Melbourne, Darwin and Alice Springs. He has been teaching Kadam Dharma in Australia for over 16 years. He is an inspiring and light-hearted teacher of modern Buddhism who makes Buddha’s teachings clear, accessible and applicable to modern life.
