The class will be available to view on a screen at KMC Australia at the scheduled class time for those who wish to view the class in a group setting.

In this three week course, learn Buddhist meditation techniques to experience the clear, peaceful nature of our own mind. Discover the scientific methods for enjoying true happiness by developing positive states of mind that help combat common day to day problems.

In-person attendance – with present Victorian Government restrictions, this class will be offered to those who are fully vaccinated only.

An additional Tuesday evening class will be scheduled, open to those who are vaccinated or vaccination status unknown.  Please email [email protected] to be added to the mailing list for updates. All conditions are subject to change following the Victorian Government guidelines.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Dornying is the Resident Teacher of both Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia, Kadampa Meditation Centre Melbourne, Darwin and Alice Springs. He has been teaching Kadam Dharma in Australia for over 18 years. He is an inspiring and light-hearted teacher of modern Buddhism who makes Buddha’s teachings clear, accessible and applicable to modern life.
